Shamanic healing is a spiritual approach to working with energy, intention, nature and the unseen world. Practices and teachings vary across cultures and lineages. This training shares the shamanic methods and experiences I have learned and developed, with respect, care and an emphasis on personal experience. It offers space to explore journeying, drumming, connection with helping spirits and the natural world, and practices intended to support balance and personal growth.
